OFFICE COORDINATOR
We are looking to fill the role of Office Coordinator with someone who is dedicated and eager to go the extra mile to help our clients and the NetGains Marketing team.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Strategic Consultant at the client level to ensure accountability in recommended strategies.
- Helping the Strategic Consultant in delivering monthly reporting
- Becoming the communication point of contact to the clients
- Helping in delivering financial targets, monthly accounting
- Coordinating meetings and facilitating delivery of information
- Supporting the team within project management and client account management
Qualifications:
This role is about business and relationships, as such to be successful within this role, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills, including facilitating discussions and reaching decisions during client meetings; and a collaborative project team member
- Ability to acquire business expertise and grasps customer centric needs
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written. Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences. Strong listening skills.

INTERNET COACH
We are looking to fill the role of Internet Coach. This position will be based in Lethbridge, Alberta and the focus will be to provide superior client service by providing weekly calls to our existing client base. Additionally the Coach will be responsible to ensure client accountability in meeting the monthly goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships at the client level
- Responsible to ensure that the online business strategies implemented by the Strategic Internet Consultant are executed
- Managing client accounts to ensure financial targets are met
- Liaise/Project manage between client accounts and NGM network group

Experience/Qualifications:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The successful candidate will be accountable for driving sales revenue through:- Owning and coordinating all aspects of the sales cycle within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for building a large sales pipeline within the territory and will be held accountable for consistently achieving and exceeding performance objectives.
- Building strong relationships (inside and outside) to gather leads and be introduced into sales opportunities
- Effective communication of the company's value proposition as it relates to each individual prospect opportunity.
- Developing sales strategies to meet unique customer needs across segments. Develop and manage sales pipeline, including reporting and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
